1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Rudraga Artist Manager uses authorized Google and YouTube information. Rudraga Artist Manager is used for artist-performance tracking, analytics, reporting, historical comparison, trend monitoring, and related artist-management insights for Rudraga music accounts.

2. Google Account and YouTube Data Access

Rudraga Artist Manager uses Google OAuth to request authorized access to Google and YouTube data. The Google and YouTube access used by this application is read-only. The application may access authorized YouTube and YouTube Analytics information only after permission is granted through Google OAuth.

3. Information Accessed

Depending on the permissions granted, Rudraga Artist Manager may access permitted YouTube and YouTube Analytics data such as:

• channel statistics
• subscriber statistics
• channel views
• video-performance metrics
• watch-time analytics
• subscriber gains and losses
• other authorized YouTube Analytics data

The application does not request access beyond the permissions authorized by the user.

4. How Information Is Used

Authorized Google and YouTube information is used to understand Rudraga artist performance, prepare analytics and reports, monitor trends, compare performance over time, and support related artist-management decisions.

5. Read-Only Access

Rudraga Artist Manager does not use Google authorization to upload YouTube videos, modify YouTube videos, delete YouTube videos, edit YouTube content, publish content, or alter a user's YouTube channel.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Authorized analytics data may be retained securely when needed for historical artist-performance tracking, trend analysis, reporting, and comparing performance over time. Retained analytics data may be deleted when it is no longer required for legitimate artist-performance tracking or reporting purposes, or upon a valid deletion request where applicable.

7. Data Sharing

Authorized Google and YouTube data is not sold to third parties. If third-party services are used to operate, host, or support the application, data is handled only as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Google Account Passwords

Rudraga Artist Manager does not collect, store, or have access to Google account passwords. Google OAuth authorization is handled by Google.

9. Revoking Access

Users can revoke the application's access through their Google Account permissions or security settings. If authorization is revoked, Rudraga Artist Manager will no longer be able to retrieve new Google or YouTube data through that authorization.

10. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of retained data where applicable by contacting rudragamusic@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable requirements and the legitimate artist-performance tracking and reporting purposes described in this policy.

11. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect authorized data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Google API User Data

Rudraga Artist Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including limited-use requirements where applicable.

13. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when data practices, application features, or legal and platform requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page.
